The Conrad Achievement award is presented to the top 1% of hotels in the entire brand
based on total quality score rankings. These rankings are based upon overall service,
problem resolution, making guests feel welcomed, cleanliness of room, and overall
quality assurance scores. The Hampton Inn Jasper was named the number 2 highest
ranking Hampton by Hilton out of the 1,335 ranked within the brand, and was also

The Brighter Together – A Hamptonality Award is awarded to the top hotel in each
region that achieves the highest SALT score from the following combined guest
feedback metrics: overall service, feeling welcomed, problem resolution and cleanliness
of room. The Hampton Inn Jasper receives this award for the entirety of the United
States and Canada.
