Fall Fun at Holiday World: Plan the Perfect Weekend Getaway to Dubois County, Indiana
Holiday World, a fan favorite amusement park, located in Santa Claus, IN is not quite done with the family fun. They will be operating until November 8th with Happy Halloween Weekends lasting through November 1st.
On Saturdays and Sundays during Happy Halloween Weekends, experience lighter crowds with just as much fun! You can expect the beloved rides of Holiday World plus special Halloween themed shows and fun! Some of these include the Dino Corn Maze Adventure, Kitty’s 3D Candy Farm, the Wacky Workshop of Wonders, Carnival Chaos, Kitty’s Dance Spooktacular, and a Trick-or-Treat Trail for children 12 and younger. This means entertainment for all ages!
Can’t or don’t want to go over the weekend? That’s ok! Holiday World is also operating on Friday nights from 5-10pm CT for Friday Night Live! You can enjoy night rides along with live music, entertainment, and drink specials all night long. You don’t want to miss it!
Along with the Halloween fun, Holiday World’s drone and firework show of Holidays in the Sky will return with a dino-themed twist. Watch as 500 drones take flight to fill the night skies with “Dinos Soar in the Sky” running only on Saturdays, September 19-October 31. For a premium experience, Holiday World offers a Halloween Drone Show Dessert Party, see their website for more details on reservations.
Looking to extend your family weekend visit to Holiday World? You can absolutely do this by exploring the local communities of Ferdinand, Jasper, or Huntingburg, all located within a 25 mile radius. Each place offers a mix of a unique downtown with restaurants, shops, and historic churches and sites, along with more scenic outskirts where you can enjoy a walk, fishing, disc golf, and more. We also have museums, arts, parks, and other fun attractions such as bowling alleys, an indoor roller-skating rink, escape rooms, axe-throwing, golf & sports simulators, a pretzel-making experience, a movie theater, and Jumping Jasper, an arcade and bouncy house experience. Again, entertainment for all ages!
