Craig Jon Berndt and Ferdinand Railroad Prentation

The Dubois County museum welcomes Craig Jon Berndt to the museum on Saturday, February 4, at 10:30am for his presentation on the Ferdinand Railroad. He will have on hand copies of his recent book on this small, but mighty rail line that ran from Ferdinand to Huntingburg. Berndt will present a PowerPoint presentation about the railroad. he will spend time reading excerpts and signing copies from The Ferdinand railroad. Its Predecessor and Successors. He will also present another presentation at the Ferdinand Library later at 1:30pm.

In addition, railroad memorabilia collector and Ferdinand native Eric Russ will display his large collection of Ferdinand Railroad stock certificates and railroad items. Berndt also encourages other to bring items about the railroad in the form of photos, artifacts, and memories and share them with others.
