Haunted Huntingburg Blues Festival

Huntingburg is hosting their annual Haunted Huntingburg Blues Festival on historic 4th Street and Market Street Park. Enjoy live blues music, kids’ activities, food booths, and craft beer vendors! With general admission being FREE this year, you can not miss out on this special night! 

The Night’s Music: 

1.00 pm to 2.00 p.m: Carl Rodenberg Trio

2.30 p.m. to 3.30 p.m: Bleu Phonque

4.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m: Warrior Kings

5.30 p.m. to 7.00 p.m: Stillwell-Marsh Quintet

Harvest Home Arts & Crafts Festival

This festival takes place on Saturday, October 21, and Sunday, October 22, 2023, at the Dubois County 4-H Fairgrounds. You can expect to see the following:

  • More than 200 booths 
  • Handmade merchandise including woodcrafts, furniture, crocheted, embroidered and sewn items, quilts, jewelry, floral arrangements, and holiday décor 
  • Assorted baked goods, treats, and delicious food

Spooky Streets

On Thursday, October 19, the Dubois County Museum is hosting a FREE and fun event for your little ones! Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and close at 8 p.m. 

  • First 100 children will receive a treat bag
  • Crafts and activities held in the Log House Area

Howl at the Moon Hike is at the Ferdinand State Forest on Thursday, October 19th

2023 Monster Dash 5k held at Ferdinand’s YMCA on Saturday, October 28th

Spirit of Jasper 

‘Spirit of Autumn’ Ride and Dine train ride every Saturday and Sunday throughout October

The Astra Theatre

Located in the Square, the Astra Theatre is playing the Halloween classic, Hocus Pocus, on Friday, October 27th 

You can also watch a screening of the Rocky Horror Picture Show on Saturday, October 28th
