Event Details

The Rosenvolk German Medieval Festival takes place October 18-20, 2019, at 18th Street Park in Ferdinand, Indiana.

About The Rosenvolk German Medieval Festival

Enjoy a weekend of fun and frivolity, entertainment and edification, medieval mayhem and a masquerade. Highlights include three stages of music, theater, and entertainment. Live jousts and falconry demos are performed daily. See wandering minstrels, bards, stilt walkers, and a living statue. See medieval arts, crafts, and unique skills demonstrated. Also, a Landsknecht (Medieval German mercenaries) Encampment, dashing pirates, thrilling Vikings, a fire-breather, and more are featured.

Food vendors abound with treats both sweet and savory to tease the taste buds – don’t forget to try the savory turkey leg.

Do not miss the Saturday Night’s Woodland Masquerade. A favorite of all who visit! This special show brings the audience into the show with special dances and crowd favorite games.
